1. Educational Content

Cnipbotics provides robotics and electronics education content for informational and instructional purposes. While our curriculum is designed by experienced educators and engineers and aligned with CBSE NCERT chapters, it is intended to supplement — not replace — the regular school Science curriculum. Cnipbotics does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, board exam scores, or career results.

2. Hardware Safety

Cnipbotics kits contain electronic components including batteries, wires, resistors, sensors, and microcontrollers. While designed for classroom use by students aged 12–16 under teacher supervision, these components carry inherent risks if misused. Schools and teachers are responsible for: (a) supervising students during all robotics sessions; (b) following the safety guidelines provided in the teacher manual; (c) ensuring students do not connect components to mains electricity; (d) storing kits in a secure, dry location when not in use.

3. Third-Party Links & Software

The Platform and curriculum may reference third-party tools, websites, and software (Arduino IDE, Python, Raspberry Pi OS, YouTube). These are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Cnipbotics does not control third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or safety.

4. CBSE & NCERT Alignment

Cnipbotics' curriculum is designed to align with CBSE NCERT Science chapters as published at the time of curriculum development. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with CBSE, NCERT, or the Ministry of Education. Chapter mappings and alignment claims are based on our independent analysis of the NCERT syllabus.

5. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, kit contents, and curriculum details on the Platform. However, errors may occur. Cnipbotics reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies and update information without prior notice. Prices and availability are subject to change.

6. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Cnipbotics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from: (a) use of our kits, curriculum, or platform; (b) reliance on information provided; (c) any interruption or error in the Platform; (d) actions of third-party service providers.
