Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Cnipbotics website (cnipbotics.dev), mobile applications, learning management system (LMS), purchasing hardware kits, or enrolling in any Cnipbotics program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a school, institution, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

"Platform" refers to cnipbotics.dev, the Cnipbotics LMS, and all associated web and mobile applications. "Kits" refers to the physical hardware bundles (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, and components) sold or distributed by Cnipbotics. "Curriculum" refers to the Cnipbotics 4-year robotics education program, including lesson plans, project guides, lab report templates, and teacher materials. "School Partner" refers to any educational institution that has entered into a formal agreement with Cnipbotics for program delivery.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. For student accounts (users under 18 years of age), a parent or guardian must provide consent. School Partners may create and manage student accounts on behalf of enrolled students with appropriate parental consent.

School program enrollment and kit purchases are governed by the specific proposal or agreement signed between Cnipbotics and the School Partner. Kit prices listed on the Platform are indicative and may vary based on order volume, customization, and delivery location. All kit sales are final once shipped, except as covered under our Refund Policy. Cnipbotics reserves the right to modify program structures, kit contents, and pricing with reasonable notice to School Partners.

All curriculum materials, project guides, lesson plans, code examples, circuit diagrams, branding, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of CNIPPET Robotics (Cnipbotics) or its licensors. School Partners are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the curriculum within their institution for the duration of the active partnership. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of Cnipbotics materials to third parties without written consent is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform; (d) reproduce or redistribute Cnipbotics curriculum materials without authorization; (e) use the Platform to collect personal information of other users without consent.

Cnipbotics provides hardware kits and educational curriculum on an "as is" basis. While we take every care to ensure quality and safety, Cnipbotics shall not be liable for: (a) any injury resulting from improper use of electronic components; (b) damage to personal property caused by misuse of kits; (c) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or programs. Schools are responsible for supervising students during all robotics sessions.

Cnipbotics may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms. School Partners may terminate their program by providing 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to the LMS and digital curriculum materials will be revoked. Physical kits already delivered remain the property of the purchasing institution or individual.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and School Partners at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
