Shipping & Delivery Policy
Information about how we ship kits and materials to schools, partners, and individual customers across India.

1. Delivery Coverage
Cnipbotics currently ships to all pin codes across India via reputed courier partners. For bulk school orders (50+ kits), we arrange dedicated logistics to ensure safe delivery. International shipping is available on request for partner organizations — contact us for a custom shipping quote.
2. Delivery Timelines
Individual kit orders: 5–7 business days from order confirmation. School Program bundles (10–50 kits): 7–10 business days. Lab Setup orders (50+ kits + equipment): 15–21 business days, coordinated with your account manager. Spare parts orders: 3–5 business days. Timelines may vary for remote or hill-station locations. Delivery to Tier 1 cities is typically 2–3 days faster.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and courier partner link. For school bulk orders, your account manager will provide a dedicated tracking dashboard with real-time updates for each shipment.
4. Shipping Costs
School Program and Lab Setup: Shipping is included in the program fee for all orders within India. Individual kit orders: Standard shipping is ₹149 for orders under ₹2,000 and free for orders above ₹2,000. Spare parts: Flat rate of ₹99 per order. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
5. Packaging & Safety
All kits are packed in custom-designed boxes with foam inserts to protect electronic components. Fragile items (LCD displays, sensors, Raspberry Pi boards) are individually wrapped. Each kit includes a component checklist — please verify contents upon delivery and report any discrepancies within 48 hours.
6. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, with missing components, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe: (a) contact support@cnipbotics.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items; (b) we will ship replacement components within 48 hours at no additional cost; (c) for fully damaged kits, we will arrange a return pickup and send a new kit.
7. Bulk & Institutional Orders
For orders exceeding 100 kits, we offer: (a) dedicated logistics coordination; (b) split delivery to multiple school locations; (c) on-site delivery verification with your designated coordinator; (d) priority replacement support for the first 30 days post-delivery.
